Maintaining good health and well-being takes greater effort and awareness nowadays.  Have you been wanting to do a “cleanse” but not sure where to start or which one to follow?  Join Health Coach Amanda Myers in a guided Clean Eating month program.  Clean Eating is a conscious shift in that brings us back to the basics.  We will eat a variety of wholesome foods that are seasonal, nutritious and delicious.  You will take your nutrition knowledge to the next level and broaden your culinary repertoire optimizing your health.  You will find support and accountability in this group setting that will help you end your month feeling better than you began.

Join coach Amanda Myers in a guided class to discovery for yourself the power food has to heal or hurt.  We will be using Whole Life Nutrition and Institute for Functional Medicine Elimination diet templates to systematically eliminate then reintroduce known allergenic food groups. This three-phase program starts with a detox, progresses to an elimination phase and then to the final reintroduction phase. This diet will clearly show you the foods and drinks you should or shouldn’t be eating in order to maintain and preserve health. You will begin to find your perfect weight as the body resets itself after years of chronic inflammation diminishes. Numerous physical, mental and emotional benefits will be gained through improved digestion and absorption of nutrients. Your energy will improve with a more steady calm and focus during the day allowing for deeper sleep at night. This six-week course will be a true journey to self-discovery and healing.

Whether you’re trying to loose weight, manage a new health condition, resolve digestive discomfort or create new healthy habits as your health coach I will create a personalized plan tailored to your exact situation.  I will help you make safe, sustainable changes that are best for your body to transform your life.  We will identify nutritional red flags and help you to understand what foods to embrace and avoid.  I will provide insight, inspiration, support and accountability to help you feel your best. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Through a six-month journey we can begin to set in motion the changes for a dramatic life shift.  We will determine what goals you want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money.

 Program is as follows:

  • Two 60-minute appointments each month for six months, which will include a
    discussion of your progress, recommendations, and a full set of notes.
  • Monthly special events like tele-classes, group seminars, and/or workshops
    related to health and wellness. 
  • A variety of handouts, recipes, books, CDs, food samples, and other materials.
  • An invitation for guests to attend special events.
